Vox humana performance can be adapted to almost any pipe organ of minimum 2 manuals. If mechanical stops, even better.
The singer needs an amplification system, and depending on the site we will also need audio monitoring from her to the organ and maybe also a bit of organ sound in the PA system. All this has to be handled by a professional sound engineer, present at soundcheck and concert.
